Important:
We kindly request that clients provide at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Your cooperation allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
For appointments such as highlights, balayage, root tint and other hair colouring services please ensure you select a blow-dry or cut & finish.
For services including keratin smoothing, conditioning treatments and toning services, please ensure you add a blow-dry.
Colour services will be provided only once a valid patch test has been carried out 48 hours prior to the appointment. No colour services will be provided to anyone under the age of 16.

To ensure fairness to both our stylists and other clients, please note that no-shows will be charged in full amount.
If you haven’t had a haircut in the last 6 weeks, please select the restyle service. This will allocate more time for you and your barber to discuss about your new hairstyle and to change your look.
Student discount only applies if you have a valid student ID.
